Yoga Center

You deserve a yoga class today!

Yoga Flow

A dynamic flow, connecting breath to movement with a sequence of postures creating a deep practice.  This class is fun and challenging with a series of core work and flow.

Slow Flow

This class is at a slower pace to explore and engage with a longer deep stretch, but connecting with breath and movement. This class will build familiarity for new students, but is still challenging for experienced students to refine into a deep practice.

Restorative Yoga

This class offers a deep stretch with few poses, to concentrate more on total mind body relaxation, recovery, lessen anxiety, and improved sleep.

Private Yoga Sessons

Have your friends over for a private yoga class: couples yoga, birthdays, wedding showers, or bachelorette party!

Chair Yoga

Is a modified version of traditional yoga that offers similar physical and mental health benefits.  Chair yoga is for individuals that have mobility issues or maybe sit at a desk all day.
